Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders received by 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time will be shipped the same business day, and orders received after 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time will ship the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will be processed the following business day.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

We utilize standard carrier services (USPS, UPS) for all domestic shipments.

• Standard Shipping: 3–5 Business Days.
• Expedited Shipping: 1–3 Business Days (available at checkout).
• Tracking: A tracking number will be automatically emailed to you once your shipping label is generated. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status.

International Shipping

At this time, Integrative Neuro Therapeutics primarily ships within the United States. If you are ordering from outside the US, please contact support@integrativeneurotherapeutics.com for a custom invoice and customs risk assessment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Integrative Neuro Therapeutics is not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. If your tracking states "Delivered" but you cannot locate the item, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist you by providing all necessary shipping documentation.
