1. Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Orders received by 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time will be shipped the same business day, and orders received after 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time will ship the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will be processed the following business day.
Domestic Shipping (USA)
We utilize standard carrier services (USPS, UPS) for all domestic shipments.
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 Business Days.
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 Business Days (available at checkout).
- Tracking: A tracking number will be automatically emailed to you once your shipping label is generated. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status.
International Shipping
At this time, Integrative Neuro Therapeutics primarily ships within the United States. If you are ordering from outside the US, please contact support@integrativeneurotherapeutics.com for a custom invoice and customs risk assessment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Integrative Neuro Therapeutics is not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. If your tracking states "Delivered" but you cannot locate the item, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist you by providing all necessary shipping documentation.
2. The Satisfaction Guarantee (Returns)
We prioritize function over flash. If NeuroBalance does not support your cognitive performance goals, we stand by our formulation integrity.
30-Day Return Window: You may request a refund within 30 days of your original purchase date.
Eligibility
- First-Time Orders: To allow you to test the protocol risk-free, we accept returns on opened bottles for first-time customers (limited to one unit).
- Repeat Orders: For returning customers, items must be unopened and in their original heat-sealed packaging to be eligible for a refund.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email our support team at hello@integrativeneurotherapeutics.com with your Order # and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request within 24-72 hours.
- If approved, you will receive instructions on where to mail the return.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturer error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed immediately to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to post the credit to your account.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
Our products undergo rigorous quality control. However, if your order arrives damaged (broken seal, cracked bottle), please email us immediately at hello@integrativeneurotherapeutics.com with a photo of the damage. We will dispatch a replacement unit immediately at no cost to you.
